PLEASE HELP UHHHHHHHH!!!!

Ive had the app before,everything was perfect until I needed storage,so I deleted it,but then,I downloaded it again a few days ago,I went to go send it to my friends on iMessage and it fails to send...I did read the description of the app and it said "TO USE TURN ON MMS MESSAGING IN THE SETTINGS" so I went in my setting and saw that it already was on from the last time...so I simply just turned it off and turned it on again and tried sending it again...IT DIDNT WORK!!! So somebody just please tell me how to get it working again!!!!;ALSO;;;;with the pokemon speech bubble...last time I had the app,I somehow got it for free and I dont remember how I unlocked it...if anybody knows please tell me!!! THANK YOU!!!
